Copies of Communications between PCC and the local group Pobol Porthgain (including individual local group members)where PCC and/or the local group reference the local group's constitution (up to and including the date of this request);   3. Copy of the bid submitted to Welsh Government for the Porthgain For All grant funding under the Brilliant Basics scheme;   4. Copy of the conditions attached to the Welsh Government Porthgain For All grant funding under the Brilliant Basics scheme award.   I do not need (or want) commercial information such as cost estimates and the like or names of individuals or organisations and expect all such information to be redacted.
