While not, I understand Compulsory meetings, could I please have a list of those councillors that attended each 2024-2025 budget seminar or special seminar conducted in respect of this Budget? I understand that at these meetings, votes to gauge "feelings" for directions of Council may be taken. Results of such votes may be used as evidence to support the Budget report proposals. Could I please have information about the reasons and purpose for any such votes and the results in numbers please, not by councillor? For each meeting can you confirm whether any recordings (web cast or sound only) were made of these meetings.
