Stone Heritage Wall

1. It has raised great concerns locally why a section of a stone heritage wall located on the B4322 Road Pembroke Dock and sited specifically approximately 100 meters either side of the entrance to a new housing development, has been demolished and replaced with a breeze block constructed wall. The new wall is considered by many to being completely out of character to the remainder of the wall still in situ .If the said rebuilt wall section was deemed before demolition as unsafe by structural engineers why was not a restoration process undertaken to strengthen the stone wall to acceptable safety standards. or the wall demolished and re built using the same stone. 2. What has happened to the stone which formed the section of the wall which was replaced.
