I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information relating to the extent of damp and mould issues within your estate portfolio. 1. Could you please provide the total number of properties that you manage in the following categories: a. Social Housing b. Non-residential 2. Could you please provide the number of properties that reported damp & mould issues in the last full year (please also state the year), in the following categories: a. Social Housing b. Non-residential 3. Could you please provide the number of properties that received a damp & mould survey in the last full year (please also state the year and where possible the percentage by type of survey e.g. intrusive/destructive vs. non-intrusive/non-destructive, etc), in the following categories: a. Social Housing b. Non-residential 4. Could you please provide the percentage of damp & mould surveys that were outsourced in the last full year, in the following categories: a. Social Housing b. Non-residential 5. Could you please provide the number of properties that were remediated as a result of a damp & mould survey in the last full year (please also state the year), in the following categories: a.
