Manual handling training
Can you confirm the following: a) How do you provide manual handling for cleaning and catering services staff? Is it by face-to-face training or is it via electronic e-module training? b) Can you provide a copy of any literature if it is face to face ? or Can you provide a link to the electronic training if delivered this way? c) If training is delivered electronically, is this pre recorded? d) Is it provided by an external provider or was it an internal training module? e) What is the frequency of the training provided for this group of staff?
