I would like to submit an FOI regarding the use of Welsh in the Council Chamber. 1. What provisions are in place that Welsh may be used in the Chamber as English might? i.e. How is the use of the Welsh language in Council Chamber on par with the use of English for Council business. 2. How much notice must councillors give in order to table (and therefore ask a question) in the Council Chamber?
