Business Food Hygiene Prosecutions and Ratings
I would like to make an application under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following information: (please provide the figures from 2018 - present, in calendar years not fiscal.) 1) How many businesses have been successfully prosecuted by the local authority for food hygiene offences? If possible, could you provide the names of the businesses, the year of prosecution, and the outcome of the prosecution e.g. fine etc 2) Can you provide the names of businesses which have received a food hygiene rating of 0 more than once? (please provide the name of the businesses, and the year of inspection(s)). 3) Can you provide the names of businesses which have received a food hygiene rating of 1 more than once? (please provide the name of the businesses, and the year of inspection(s)). 4) What is the longest period of time (in years) whereby a business has repeatedly had a food hygiene rating of 1? (please provide the name of the businesses). 5) Which businesses have received the most complaints from members of the public regarding food hygiene standards? (Please name the top 5 most complained about businesses, and the number of complaints).
