I would like to make an application under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following information: (please provide the figures from 2021 - present, in calendar years not fiscal.) 1) How many placements are in the council-run residential homes in your local authority? 1a) Of those placements, how many spaces are currently available? 2) How many placements are in the privately owned residential homes in your local authority? 2a) Of those placements, how many spaces are currently available? 3) What is the budget that your local authority has from the Welsh Government for placing looked after children (in the care system) into residential homes? 3a) Of that budget, how much have you spent on placing them in private residential homes? 3b) Of that budget, how much have you spent on placing them in council run residential homes? 4) How much money do you spend on residential placements outside of your local authority? Can you please provide a breakdown of the location of each placement. *Clarification* To clarify, my request is concerning placements for children only.
