Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I want to request the following information please from your HR Department please: 1. What job evaluation scheme does your authority use to job evaluate posts? 2. Please provide a copy of the job evaluation schemes guidance on scoring. 3. Please provide information, in a table similar to the example below, regarding your authority's salary grades / salary spinal points e.g. Grade Job Evaluation Score Band Scale Point Annual Salary (Full Time Equivalent) Hourly Rate 2 200 - 294 2 £22,366 £11.5929 4. Please provide copies of job descriptions and person specifications, job evaluation reports, including scores, of ALL posts that fall within the Council's Trading Standards Service - this may range from Trainee/Apprentice through to Head of Service/Corporate Manager. 5. For each of the posts, I would also like to know: a. the dates they were evaluated, and b. their current JD reference number.
