Food Standards Agency - Peanut Alert

Over a week ago, the Food Standards Agency issued a high alert advising individuals with peanut allergies to avoid all mustard products, as some have been found to contain traces of peanut.  I would like answers to the following questions: * Why was the school unaware of this serious issue? * Who is responsible for communicating food safety alerts to schools? * What is the authority's communication process to ensure that future food safety alerts are promptly shared with schools? * What actions will the authority take to address this communication breakdown and ensure the safety of students moving forward?
