Pre-action information requests
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information is provided: 1) As at 1 December, the number of pre-action information requests (as described in section 76 of the Subsidy Control Act 2022 (the SC Act)) received by your authority since the coming into force of the SC Act on 4 January 2023. 2) Details of any such request received, specifically: a. The date on which it was received; b. The scheme or subsidy to which it relates with reference, where relevant, to the applicable entry on the Subsidy Control Transparency Database; c. The date on which a response was provided. 3) Any other pre action letters you have received referring to alleged breaches in relation to your duties the Subsidy Control Act. Specifically: a. The date it was received; b. Description of the decision to which it relates; c. The date on which a response was provided.
