How many premises have been found in breach of food information and food safety laws, including failure to communicate allergen risks to customers or to protect customers with allergies? Please provide a breakdown for each year. 1a. Of those in question 1, please the name of each premise, the year of prosecution, the reason for the prosecution, and the outcome of the prosecution. 2. How many premises have failed food allergy sampling tests carried out by your Trading Standards officers? Please provide a breakdown of the name of each premise, the year of testing, and the result of each failed test (i.e. why that premise failed the sampling test)? 3. Can you please provide the inspection report for each prosecuted premise from question 1 and 1a?
