Distribution of housing stock: Information on the distribution of housing stock across different council wards or geographical areas, including the specific address, ward, latitude, and longitude for each property, along with its occupancy status (occupied or vacant) and state of repair. 3. Average rent per property type: A summary of the average rent charged for each type of residential property managed by the council. 4. Number of currently vacant properties: Please provide the current number of vacant residential, commercial, agricultural and storage properties in your inventory, together with locations 5. Planned maintenance or refurbishment projects: Details of any planned maintenance or refurbishment projects for the council housing stock over the next three years. This should include a breakdown by type of work, locations where the work is planned, and projected timelines for completion. 6. Council criteria for housing allocation: Information on the council's criteria for allocating council housing, including details on any priority groups recognised in the allocation process.
