2nd Homes In Pembrokeshire Using Class 1 Council Tax Premium Exception

Please provide for the years 1/4/2022 to 31/3/2023, 1/4/2023 to 31/3/2024 & 1/4/2024 to 20/3/2025(today's date). The number of second homes in Pembrokeshire using the Class 1 Council Tax Premium Exception of "Dwellings being marketed for sale" that have benefited from Clause 30: The exception period runs for up to a year from the granting of the exception. After an exception has ended, a dwelling will not be eligible for a further exception unless it has been sold. I want to know how many second homes in the years stated above benefited from a further exception (more than a year) due to their properties having been sold. I do not think the further exception is unreasonable, as the declared purpose of the legislation was to encourage second home owners to sell their properties rather than a revenue raising exercise.
