Rights of Way: FTE Resource, Incident Reports & Resolutions

1. What the current (Full Time Equivalent) resourcing levels are with Public Rights of Way ie Public Rights of Way Officers. PROW Applications: 2. How many current Public Rights of Way Applications is the council dealing with and what are their respective ages (eg 15 current with 5 submitted in 2024/5, 10 submitted in 2023/4 etc) Issues Identified with PROWs 3. Please provide the total number of reports/complaints received by the council regarding access or dangers identified in respect of Public Rights of Way for each of the previous 5 financial years. (eg, Stile Blocked, Barbed wire on stile, PRoW completely inaccessible) 4. Please indicate for each year, the type of issue (as examples above) and their current status, including: a)Whether the complaint has been resolved. b)If resolved, what action was taken by the Council. c)If unresolved, the reason for the delay and any planned actions. Enforcement: 5. Please also provide details in respect of Enforcement Notices to landowners in respect of the above: a) number of enforcement notices issued to landowners requiring them to resolve the issue with a PROWs (in each year)
