By way of follow up, we would like to clarify a couple of points and ask a couple follow-up questions. 1) Please could you confirm that your responses to questions 2, 3, and 7 referred to animal welfare inspections. 2) Please note that question 5 was referring to improvement notices under section 10 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, please could you confirm that the response provided is concerned with these types of notices? 3) Please note that the questions regarding the number of inspections refer to all welfare inspections, could you please confirm that the responses include all welfare inspections conducted? 4) Do you work with another local authority to conduct your farmed animal welfare enforcement and if so which one? Please also clarify whether the data provided is likely to be duplicated by them? 5) How many prosecution proceedings did you commence for offences named in the Welfare of Animals (Transport) (Wales) Order 2007?
