Unpaid Fixed Penalty Notices & Prosecutions for Dogs in Restricted Areas
Can you please give me the total number of offenders who have been issued and not paid the fixed penalty notice for having a dog in a restricted area between 1st May 2023 and 1st March 2025? And out of that number how many have been successfully prosecuted?
