Local Area Energy Plan LAEP
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your Council please. 1. Have you undertaken a Local Area Energy Plan, please? 2. If so, can you advise if you received funding for this, please? 3. If you did receive funding, can you confirm the amount and the source, please? 4. If you haven't undertaken a Local Area Energy Plan, do you plan to undertake a Local Area Energy Plan in the future? 5. If you plan to, can you identify a funding source and value of that funding amount you would like to request, please? Please provide the information in the form of an email reply. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act.
