Council Asset Disposals and Transfers Data
I would like to request the following information: 1) The number of assets listed for disposal or asset transfer by Pembrokeshire County Council between May 2021 and May 2025. I consider asset transfer to mean any of the following methods: Management Agreement; Licence to occupy; Short lease; Long lease; and Freehold transfer. Please provide the information by transfer/tenure method, and year. 2) The number of assets listed as an answer to question 1, which were actually transferred from Pembrokeshire County Council. 3) The value of assets listed for disposal or asset transfer by your organisation between May 2021 and May 2025. Please provide the information by year.
