Applications Granted with Conditions If any F&PP applications were granted subject to conditions, please detail what conditions were imposed? 6. Monitoring and Enforcement of F&PP Conditions What processes are in place for monitoring compliance with any conditions imposed under the F&PP regulations, and how many enforcement actions have been taken for breach of such conditions? 7. Revocations How many F&PP approvals have been revoked or withdrawn since the regulations came into force? 8. Unlicensed or Unapproved Managers Have you identified any Licenced sites being managed by individuals not on the F&PP register, and if so: o How many cases? o What enforcement action if any has been taken? 9.
