Adult Mental Health and ALN Provision

I would be grateful if you could provide the following additional information in relation to your response to FOI 3056521: A list of the residential care providers your council currently works with for adult mental health placements (the 19 providers referenced in your response). Further clarification regarding provision for children and young people with additional learning needs (ALN) in Wales: a. A list of the specialist schools, units, or external providers your council currently works with to support children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities (including autism, ADHD, and related conditions). b. The number of new ALN placements made in the past 12 months (equivalent to SEND placements in England). c. Any available data or commentary on unmet demand, capacity issues, or forecasted increases in demand for ALN school places over the next 12-24 months. Any documentation outlining the registration process, legal requirements, or approval steps an organisation must take to become a recognised or approved provider with Pembrokeshire County Council (or via the regional partnership board) for: a. Adult mental health residential care b. ALN (SEND equivalent) school or specialist placements for children and young people
