Under the Freedom of Information Act, please can you provide the following information regarding your authority's telecare and Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service: 1. The name of your telecare department or, if services are contracted, the name of your current third-party provider. 2. The name of the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) currently used by your service. 3. The expiry date of your contract with this ARC. 4. Whether the installation of telecare and TEC equipment is performed in-house or by a third party. If by a third party, please provide their name. 5. Whether your service uses traditional 'button and box' alarm solutions; if so, please specify which company supplies these devices. 6. Whether you use any solutions to monitor Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and, if so, the company supplying these. 7. Whether your authority or telecare service is a member of the UK Telehealthcare (UKTHC) organisation. 8. Whether your service uses GPS monitoring solutions; if so, the providing company and product name. 9. The framework(s) used by your authority to procure Technology Enabled Care and telecare solutions. I would appreciate your response in electronic format.
