How many children and young people are currently waiting for an ALN assessment or for an IDP to be completed? 2. What is the average (mean) waiting time for ALN assessments currently in progress? 3. What is the longest recorded waiting time for an ALN assessment currently outstanding? 4. During the last 5 years (2019/20 to 2023/24), how many pupils have waited: o A) over 26 weeks, o B) over 52 weeks, o C) over 104 weeks, and o D) over 156 weeks (three years) for an ALN assessment or for an IDP to be completed. 5. For each of the last three academic years (2021/22 to 2023/24), please provide the number of requests for health or social care advice made by the local authority as part of the ALN assessment process, and the number (or percentage) of those responses received within the statutory six-week timeframe.
