Procurement Systems, Supplier Engagement and Social Value Reporting

This request is being made to help understand how the council currently supports procurement activity, local supplier engagement including VCSEs, and social value reporting, with a view to identifying where processes may be streamlined or friction reduced for both the council and local organisations. Please provide the following information: 1. Social value reporting systems What systems, platforms or tools does the council currently use to capture, manage or report on social value or community benefit outcomes linked to procurement? 2. Supplier and VCSE engagement What systems or platforms are used to engage local suppliers, SMEs or VCSEs in procurement activity, and to communicate procurement opportunities to these organisations? 3. Contract details For any external systems or platforms identified above, please provide contract start and end dates, contract values where available, and whether the system is used council-wide or by specific departments. 4.
