Use of Bailiff Companies for Council Tax Debt Recovery
1. A list of any and all bailiff companies contracted by Pembrokeshire Council to collect council tax debt between 2020 and the present. 2. The amount paid to bailiff companies by the council between the financial years 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025. If possible, please organise this data by year and specify the companies to which payments were made. 3. The number of referrals to bailiff companies made by the council between the financial years 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, arranged by year and council ward. For example: 15 referrals made in 2021-2022 (5 referrals relating to council tax arrears at addresses within the Milford Central ward, 8 to addresses within Newport and Dinas, 2 to addresses within Haverfordwest Garth).
