Teachers 1. How many primary school teachers have been suspended from their posts during 2023, 2024 and 2025 (please note the information relevant to each year, instead of a total for all three years)? 2. Of those suspended teachers, please confirm ho many were suspended for (i) under 6 months (ii) 6-12 months (iii) 12-18 months (iv) over 18 months 3. Of those suspended, how many were dismissed as a result of the decision of school governors 4. Of those suspended, how many were dismissed by other means 5. Of those dismissed, how many took the matter to and Employment Tribunal 6. Of those that were dealt with by an Employment Tribunal, how many were settled 7. Of those that were dealt with by an Employment Tribunal, how many remained dismissed 8. Of those that were dealt with by an Employment Tribunal, how many were successful (i.e. the Local Authority failed to make their case, the Tribunal found in favour of the Teacher) Pupils 1.
