I'd like to submit a Freedom of Information request to the Council to confirm the internal and external processes when deciding who will fill in potholes on regional roads. I also want to get details on the QA process of their work, their liability period in the event of the pothole not lasting, and the processes for dragging companies back out in the event that their work is sub par.
