Disposal of Council-Owned Care Homes
1. Information requested Please provide details of all care home properties (residential or nursing homes only) that were owned by the Council and disposed of between 1 January 2008 and the present date. 2. Scope limitation (to avoid exceeding cost limit) To ensure this request remains within the FOI cost limit, I am only requesting information that is: * Held in a single existing electronic dataset or register (such as an asset register, estates database, or capital receipts register), and * Retrievable via a simple search or export (e.g. filtering 'care home' + disposal record) 3. Information requested (only if already held in the dataset) For each property, please provide: * Care home name * Address * Date (or year) of disposal * Disposal price (if recorded in the same dataset) 4. Processing limitation Please do not carry out manual searches, archive retrieval, valuation work, or cross-departmental checks. If the information cannot be extracted from a single searchable dataset, please confirm this and provide any available extract from the main register.
