Full Council Tax Payments: What percentage (and total number) of chargeable residential properties within the local authority currently pay the full, standard 100% council tax rate (i.e., properties that do not receive any discounts, exemptions, or premiums)? 2. Council Tax Reduction: How many households/properties within the local authority are currently in receipt of the Council Tax Reduction (CTR) scheme (also known as Council Tax Support)? 3. Single Person Discounts: For context, how many households/properties are currently receiving the 25% Single Person Discount? 4. Council Tax Premiums: How many properties are currently being charged a council tax premium (e.g., second homes or long-term empty properties)?
