The current number of public weighbridges on the register held by your authority under Section 11 of the Weights and Measures Act 1985. 2. The date this figure is accurate to. 3. A copy of, or link to, the current register of public weighbridges in your area (including operator name, address and postcode where available). I am happy to receive the response by email in any standard format (a single number in the body of an email is fine for question 1). If the cost of full compliance would exceed the appropriate limit under Section 12 of the Act, I would still appreciate an answer to question 1 alone, which I expect to be readily available from your Trading Standards records.
