This request relates to planning application reference: 25/1101/PA. Given the nature of the information sought, the Applicant anticipates that the request falls within the definition of 'environmental information' under Regulation 2 EIR, and should therefore be considered under that regime where appropriate. The Applicant requests the following information held by the authority, to be issued in electronic format (pdf and/or Microsoft Word compatible formats): 1. Summary of Representations (Recorded Data Only) * Confirmation of the total number of public representations received to date in respect of the application, categorised (as recorded within the authority's systems) as: - Support / For - Objection / Against - Neutral / Comment 2. Standardised or Duplicate Representations If recorded, we request the following: Confirmation of whether the authority holds any recorded information identifying representations that are identical, near-identical, or derived from a template; and * If such information is held in recorded form, please confirm: the number of such representations identified. * If no such recorded information is held, please confirm this explicitly. 3. Representations Submitted by or on behalf of an Organisation * Copies of any representations and any supporting information attached to said representations submitted directly by, or explicitly on behalf of, the organisation known as 'Parc Against Darc' or 'Pembrokeshire Against DARC Radar'. * Where such information is disclosed, personal data (including names, contact details and any other identifying information relating to individuals) may be redacted in accordance with FOIA section 40 and/or Regulation 13 EIR. Clarifications This request does not seek personal data of individual respondents, and fully accepts appropriate redaction in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. The Applicant seeks aggregated and/or anonymised data wherever appropriate. The request is limited to information already held in recorded form and does not require the authority to create new information or undertake extensive data manipulation. If it helps with responding to this request, we are happy to receive information relating to Matter 3 separately from the summary of comments (Matters 1 and 2). Closing If any part of this request is considered unclear, too broad, or likely to engage cost or burden provisions (including Regulation 12(4)(b) EIR or section 12 FOIA), the Applicant requests that the authority engages its duty to advise and assist (section 16 FOIA / Regulation 9 EIR) with a view to refining the request. Given the strong public interest in transparency and accountability in the planning process'particularly in understanding the nature and extent of public participation, including any organised or coordinated representations'the Applicant expects that this request will be considered in line with the presumption in favour of disclosure under the EIR regime.
