Given the nature of the information sought, the Applicant anticipates that the request falls within the definition of 'environmental information' under Regulation 2 EIR, and should therefore be considered under that regime where appropriate. Clarifications This request does not seek personal data of individual respondents, and fully accepts appropriate redaction in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. The Applicant seeks aggregated and/or anonymised data wherever appropriate. The request is limited to information already held in recorded form and does not require the authority to create new information or undertake extensive data manipulation.
