I'd like to submit a Freedom of Information request regarding materials related to the DARC planning application at Cawdor Barracks (reference 25/1101/PA). If I may, I would like the following information: 1. A copy of all representations submitted to PCC since the submission of the planning application by the general public to date that concern the application (including and not limited to all planning objections), redacting personal information as appropriate for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation  2. Confirmation as to whether any person acting on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence has requested a copy of representations upon the planning application which would have included a copy of the objections by PARC, and whether such a request resulted in the Ministry of Defence being given the opportunity to receive these objections  3. Confirmation as to whether any person in general has requested a copy of representations upon the planning application which would have included a copy of the objections by PARC, whether such a request resulted in such a person being given the opportunity to receive these objections, and, if possible, details of any organisation or body that such a person was acting on behalf of.
