Corporate entities liable for Council Tax - Long Term Empty Premium
In terms of the Freedom of Information Act of 2000, and subject to section 40(2) on personal data, could you please provide me with the following information: 1. A list of all Corporate Entities held liable for Council Tax in respect of a property that is subject to a Long Term Empty Premium within your local authority. Please only provide details of those Corporate Entities that are held liable for a minimum of five properties. 2. The number of properties each entity has that are currently subject to the premium.
