Section 106 Agreements
For the periods of: 1st April 2022 - 31st March 2023 1st April 2023 - 31st March 2024 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2025 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026 In relation to Section 106 Agreements (under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) in the four wards of Nolton & Roch, Solva, St Davids and Llanrhian, please provide me with: 1) Total annual amount received by Section 106 Agreements in the financial years stated above by ward. 2) A breakdown of annual Section 106 expenditure per financial year stated above stating which organisation has received funds from the Section 106 agreements for each ward. 3) A breakdown of Section 106 funds that has been given to or used on projects at Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi's three campus for each of above stated financial years, clearly labelling the purpose of each payment and the ward the Section 106 Agreement was from. 4) A breakdown of any Section 106 funding in each of the financial years that was either used internally by PCC or is unspent.
