Allocation to schools * The total amount allocated to schools for Free School Meals provision. ________________________________________ 3. Secondary FSM eligibility * The number of children eligible for free school meals in the secondary phase. ________________________________________ 4. Per-meal allocations * The amount allocated per child per meal for primary pupils. * The amount allocated per child per meal for secondary pupils. ________________________________________ 5. Consistency of allocation * Whether the per-meal allocation: o is consistent across all primary schools within the local authority, or o varies between primary schools (and if so, a brief explanation of how/why it varies). o is consistent across all secondary schools within the local authority, or o varies between secondary schools (and if so, a brief explanation of how/why it varies).
