In relation to your CWAIT service please provide  1. Client hours delivered for the most recent week 2. Total contracted hours of front line staff for the same period  3. Total contracted hours for managers and supervisors for the same period 4. How many more hours of total contracted front line staff are there than client hours delivered and what is the reason for the difference? 5. Mileage rate paid to staff for the same period. 6. A list of clients awarded within the last 12 months broken down by location by village or town, number care hours required each week, date awarded.
