Closure of A487 for resurfacing
Pembrokeshire County Council closed the A487 on Tuesday 23 June and Wednesday 24 June for resurfacing. A copy of the risk assessment carried out on the proposed diversion route. 2. Details of what alternative diversion options were considered and why this particular route was selected. 3. What traffic management measures will be in place on the diversion route (for example, signage, convoy systems, or restrictions on larger vehicles). 4. Why the works are being carried out during daytime hours in peak tourist season rather than overnight or during less busy periods. 5. Who approved the closure and was ultimately responsible for it.
