Could Pembrokeshire County Council's Trading Standards team please provide the following information: 1. How many inspections or compliance checks relating to the sale of vapes were carried out in Pembrokeshire during the past 12 months? 2. How many test-purchase operations involving underage volunteers were conducted, and how many retailers sold a vape product illegally? 3. How many disposable vapes, counterfeit products or non-compliant vaping products were seized during that period? 4. What was the estimated retail value of the products seized? 5. How many complaints or reports has the council received concerning the suspected sale of vapes to children? 6. How many warning letters, fixed penalties, prosecutions or other enforcement actions were taken against retailers? 7. Were any businesses subject to repeated complaints or enforcement action? 8. Has the council received reports from schools concerning vaping among pupils, including the use of products suspected of containing substances other than nicotine? 9. Does the council believe brightly coloured packaging, sweet flavours and prominent retail displays are contributing to vaping among young people? 10. Does Pembrokeshire County Council support the Welsh Government's proposed restrictions on vape packaging, displays and product design? 11. Does the council have sufficient Trading Standards staff and resources to enforce the existing rules on underage and illegal vape sales? 12. What advice would the council give to parents, schools and members of the public who suspect a retailer is selling vapes to children?
