Case Closures (No Action): Of the total identified in Question 1, how many cases were closed or logged with no further action taken due to "insufficient evidence," "civil dispute," or "not in the public interest"? 3. Formal Enforcement Actions: The total number of formal interventions issued by your authority in relation to neighbour ASB, broken down by type (e.g., Community Protection Warnings, Community Protection Notices, or relevant civil injunctions). 4. ASB Case Reviews (Community Trigger): * The total number of ASB Case Review (Community Trigger) applications received by your authority during this period. * The number of these applications rejected for failing to meet the local threshold. * The number of applications that successfully proceeded to a full multi-agency review panel.
