Accessibility infrastructure data
Please provide each item electronically in a re-usable, machine-readable format (CSV or Excel) rather than PDF, including location coordinates or addresses where held: 1. Public conveniences: the council's register of public toilets, including location, opening arrangements, accessibility features (accessible cubicle, RADAR key requirement, baby changing), and Changing Places facilities. If a public-toilets GIS layer exists on the council's mapping system, an export of that layer's data would satisfy this item. 2. Dropped kerbs: any register, asset list or GIS layer of dropped kerbs / kerb ramps on the public highway maintained by the council or its highways contractor, including location. 3. Pedestrian crossings: the council's inventory of signalised and non-signalised pedestrian crossings, including crossing type and any recorded accessibility attributes (audible signal, rotating tactile cone, tactile paving). 4. Disabled parking bays: locations of on-street disabled persons' parking bays (both Traffic Regulation Order bays and advisory bays) within the council's area.
