I am writing to make a Freedom of Information Request for the following information regarding Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) within your local authority area. Please break down the data by each individual financial year for the past 5 years (e.g. 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26). 1)How many children or young people were formally assessed by Children's Services as being "at risk of" or "subject to" Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)? 2)How many open or closed Children's Services cases had an active 'CSE risk flag' or 'CSE marker' attached to their profile? 3)How many of these identified CSE cases were recorded or flagged by the council as involving 'group based sexual exploitation' or 'multi perpetrator exploitation' (commonly referred to in public discourse as "grooming gangs")?
