Housing Support Funding
I would like to ask, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, whether Housing Support Grant (HSG) funding for support provided by Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen Mind includes the full costs associated with delivering the support. Specifically, please confirm whether HSG funding covers: * travel time to and from the service user's home; * mileage, fuel and other travel expenses; * administration time associated with the service user's support; * completing support records, case notes and other required paperwork; * attending meetings, reviews or other activities relating to the service user's support; and * any other time spent by the support worker or manager administering or managing the HSG-funded support. Please confirm whether these activities are included within the number of support hours funded for the service user, or whether they are funded separately as part of the HSG contract. I would also like to know whether the HSG funding covers these costs in full, or whether the provider is expected to meet any of these costs from its own resources. I am not requesting any personal information about an individual service user.
