I'd like to submit a Freedom of Information Request please. I am interested in knowing: 1. What is the average time between submission and decision for all Planning Permission requests for 2024-2026. 2. What is the fastest time between submission and decision for all Planning Permission requests for 2024-2026. 3. What is the longest time (including open requests) between submission and decision for all Planning Permission requests for 2024-2026. 4. Is there a cut off point between a submission and a final decision? In the event of this time period being missed, what happens net?
