COVID & Council Tax

I refer to the previous FOI request and the italics text pasted below. 1. Can you please confirm why the 'furniture' category' attracted the 13A discount/was that because the properties needed personal belongings/furniture removing so they could be cleared so as in position to be let/or another reason? 2. Please confirm how many properties for each case below and if they were holiday home, second homes long term empty/unoccupied (please update if category not originally included) 3. Furthermore, can you please confirm if any Class G exemptions were granted due to covid, and if so how many, and the exact reason on each case. The remaining £2870.70 was awarded due to covid restrictions preventing people: - being unable to travel to the property to clear furniture - being unable to move into the property - or the impact on housing market, meaning houses had taken longer to sell.
