Invoices Paid after 30 Days
Thank you for your response to my FOI request, which consisted of the following: Pembrokeshire County Council do not have payment terms in our system, therefore we do not hold a list of invoices that were paid beyond the agreed payment term, we aim to pay all invoices within 30 calendar day as recommended by Welsh Government. I appreciate that you do not hold payment terms in the system and can therefore appreciate it would be impossible to know whether an invoice was paid within terms. As you have noted that you aim to pay invoices within 30 days, would it be possible to provide the requested data points for invoices not paid within 30 days? If this is possible, I would like to refine my request to reflect this. If it is not possible, I would appreciate any other advice and assistance you can provide as to how I may be able to obtain the information on invoices 'paid late'. Of course, the obvious route might be the expenditure reports, but this would be an inordinate amount of data and possibly not contain all the requested fields, so would rather this was a 'last resort'.
