I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the Pembrokeshire County Council Building Maintenance Department. Please may you provide me with: * The number of properties on the Mount Estate, Milford Haven where o the Council is the Freeholder and Leaseholder for the property o the Council is the Freeholder for the property and the Leasehold is held by a separate individual or organisation * For each of the above 2 categories of property on the Mount Estate, Milford Haven, please confirm how many properties have been categorised as currently being unfit for human habitation * Details of all properties on the Mount Estate, Milford Haven where an issue relating to damp has been reported to Building Maintenance since October 2017 by o the tenant (where the Council is the Freeholder and Leaseholder for the property) o the leaseholder (where the Council is the Freeholder for the property) o please also include any damp issues raised by Building Maintenance themselves * For all cases of damp being reported, please provide a breakdown of o Investigations by Building Maintenance have completed o Investigations by Building Maintenance are ongoing o Investigations by Building Maintenance have not commenced * Where investigations by Building Maintenance have completed, please provide a breakdown of o Repairs not being required o Repairs being required and have completed o Repairs being required and have not completed
