Questions: 1) How many second homes are currently paying second home council tax premiums in Pembrokeshire? 2) What has been the annual income from these second homes council tax premiums since April 2022? 3) What is the expected income from second homes council tax premiums in the current financial year (2025/26)? 4) How has this additional income been allocated to affordable housing, community led housing or other community initiatives since 2017? 5) Do you have any local policies or formal initiatives in place pledging or giving guidance that this funding should be allocated to community-led housing or initiatives?
