Local Authority Housing Stock and Wait List Data
For the last three financial years (if that is a useful timeframe - if not yearly, or whatever the data is collated for you) I would like to request: 1. The total number of accommodation units owned by the council. 2. Any known data split possible on that figure of type of property eg.We have 1500 x 2 bedroom house, 3000x 1 bedroom flats etc. 3. The total number of people on housing wait lists at year end. For this year along I would like to request 4. How many people are on the housing waiting list under each banding from Band A to Band E, or 1-5 or which ever similar ranking is used for you, at year end. 5 What is the longest registration/effective date waiting on your housing waiting list in months and year for each band. 6 The number of vacant / void properties. 7 Where known, the average turn around time for vacant void properties. 8 What is the current average wait time where known for a Band A / 1 / top priority applicant. Finally, as of today, I would like to request the total number of people on the housing wait for the following, where 'year' is either last 12 months / last financial year or a similar easily found date classification: - Less than 1 year - Between 1 and 2 years - Between 2 and 3 years - Between 3 and 5 years - Between 5 and 10 years - Between 10 and 15 years - For more than 15 years
