Please provide, from any archived records held, the following: 1. Total Allocated Budget (1989/1990 Financial Year): The gross budget allocated for Highway Drainage Maintenance, specifically covering the clearance and repair of road gullies and street drains, for the area currently covered by Pembrokeshire County Council. o If a Pembrokeshire-specific figure is not held, please provide the total budget allocated to this function for the whole of Dyfed County Council for the 1989/1990 financial year.
