Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information held by Pembrokeshire County Council relating to One Planet Development (OPD) planning applications: 1. The total number of OPD pre-application enquiries received by the authority in each of the last five calendar years (2021-2025), where available. 2. The total number of formal OPD planning applications submitted in each of the last five calendar years. 3. Of those applications, the number approved, refused, and withdrawn in each year, broken down by year of decision. 4. The average and median time taken (in weeks) to determine OPD applications over this period. 5. Where applications were refused, the recorded reason(s) for refusal, if this is held in a reportable format (e.g. a summary table rather than full case files). 6. The number of OPD sites currently subject to active five-year monitoring/compliance periods, and the number of compliance notices or enforcement actions issued in relation to OPD sites since 2020.
